Are you ready for a new challenge in a dynamic, high-performing quality team? Do you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have a passion for quality and continuous improvement?

We’re looking for a Regional Quality Manager, Nordics, to lead quality operations across our sites in Denmark and Sweden. This is a critical leadership role where you’ll be proactive, analytical, and committed to identifying and implementing process improvements. Experience in managing quality systems across multiple locations and familiarity with international quality standards is highly valued. Most importantly, you’ll bring a results-oriented mindset and a strong focus on compliance, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.

Reporting to the Quality Director for Europe, you’ll play a key role in ensuring consistent quality standards, compliance, and performance across our regional operations—with a particular focus on our Nordic sites in Denmark and Sweden. You’ll collaborate closely with senior quality leaders and cross-functional teams, using data-driven insights to support initiatives that align with our broader regulatory and strategic objectives.

What impact you will make:

  • Drive quality initiatives and change management across the Nordics region.

  • Monitor and report monthly performance aligned with business KPIs.

  • Coach and support people development and cultural growth.

  • Promote a First Time Through (FTT) mindset across operations and partner with teams to implement and sustain quality improvements.

  • Facilitate continuous improvement aligned with company values.

  • Support and maintain quality systems, procedures, standards, and release processes.

  • Ensure clear communication and structured deliverables.

  • Make decisions based on data and performance insights.

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on quality topics and foster a strong quality culture across operational teams.

  • Support new supplier development and ongoing supplier management.

  • Travel regularly to regional sites to lead CI, problem-solving, and support customer/supplier visits.

What you need to succeed:

  • Proven experience managing quality and/or EHS management systems in a high-volume production environment.

  • Strong technical understanding of high-volume manufacturing processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive quality improvements.

  • Extended knowledge of sustainability schemes relevant to the building industry, including regulatory frameworks and best practices.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead at both strategic and tactical levels, influencing cross-functional teams and driving regional initiatives.

  • Familiarity with international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and compliance requirements across different jurisdictions.

  • Experience working across multiple European sites, with a particular focus on Denmark and Sweden.

  • Ability to challenge, coach, and support key functions at Northern region-based sites with empathy and professionalism.

  • Fluency in English is mandatory; local language skills (Danish or Swedish) at negotiation level are preferred.
