We are seeking a HR Manager to lead our HR team in Denmark!
In this crucial role, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization’s people strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, and fostering a positive work environment. As HR Manager, you will collaborate closely with local leadership and contribute to the overall success of our Danish business. As part of the Danish Country Leadership team and the Northern Europe HR Business Partner team you will create a positive impact on our organization and its people.
Your role:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Co-design and execute the country-level HR strategy, aligning it with organizational objectives. Drive initiatives related to performance management employee development, organizational design, and retention.
- Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, handling employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans. 2
- Leadership Team Collaboration: Participate actively in the country leadership team, providing insights on people-related matters and contributing to business decisions.
- Collaboration with Finance: Build transparent workforce planning and forecasting models that incorporate insights from both HR and FP&A. Collaborate on budgeting, headcount planning, and talent management.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work culture, promote employee engagement, and drive initiatives for employee well-being.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor HR metrics, analyse trends, and recommend improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and safety regulations. Continued focus to streamline processes
What you need to succeed:
- Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Danish labour laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Must be fluent in both written and spoken Danish and English
