Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst
Date: May 6, 2026
Location: Herning, DK, 7400
Company: Jeld-Wen Inc.
FP&A Analyst
We are strengthening our Northern Europe FP&A team and are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst – Business Partner to join JELD-WEN in Denmark. This role is close to the business and central to how our production and supply chain organisations perform, develop and make informed decisions.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys combining financial expertise with operational understanding – and wants to see their analysis translate into real business impact.
The role
In this position, you will act as the FP&A lead and finance business partner to Danish production and supply chain operations, while also supporting selected sites across Northern Europe. Working closely with operational and functional leaders, you will provide financial insight, analysis and constructive challenge that supports both day‑to‑day performance and longer‑term decision making.
Reporting to the Head of FP&A Denmark, your focus will be on strengthening insight, improving data quality and increasing transparency and consistency across financial reporting and processes. You will be an integrated part of both the local Denmark FP&A team and the wider Northern Europe FP&A organisation, collaborating closely with Commercial and Operations Finance colleagues across the region.
The role offers a balanced mix of hands‑on operational finance, regional collaboration and exposure to strategic initiatives.
Your impact
You will support production and supply chain through clear, relevant and timely financial insight, covering monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting and rolling forecasts. A key part of the role is understanding performance drivers, highlighting risks and opportunities, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
You will also contribute to improving how financial information is generated, used and shared across the Northern region, driving greater consistency, transparency and data‑driven decision making. Continuous improvement is central to the role, including areas such as inventory control, master data quality and finance‑related operational processes.
Who are you?
You bring solid experience from FP&A, Finance Business Partnering or Senior Controlling, preferably in a multi‑site and international environment. You are comfortable working close to operations and navigating a global, matrix‑managed organisation.
You combine a structured and analytical mindset with the ability to communicate financial insight in a clear and practical way to different stakeholders. Experience working with large data sets and BI tools is important, as is an interest in improving ways of working and constructively challenging existing processes.
As the role involves close collaboration with local Danish operations as well as regional teams, fluency in both Danish and English is a requirement.
Why join JELD-WEN?
JELD-WEN is a global designer, manufacturer and distributor of high‑performance interior and exterior doors, windows and related building products. With operations in 16 countries across North America and Europe and approximately 18,000 employees worldwide, we combine global scale with a strong local presence.
At JELD-WEN, you will join an inclusive and collaborative environment where finance plays a key role in shaping the business. We offer the opportunity to work close to operations, influence meaningful decisions and contribute to continuous improvement both locally and across Northern Europe.
