Role Summary

We are looking for a Pay-per-Click specialist to build, coordinate and scale up the paid advertising activities of JELD-WEN brands across Europe, including search and social ad networks.

 

Working in collaboration with regional Digital Marketing Managers and the local marketing teams you will advise on, build, execute and oversee search and social PPC campaigns for all JELD-WEN brands across Europe. You will also report on progress, suggest on and execute adjustments to ensure an optimal return for these paid advertising initiatives.

Critical Performance Objectives

  • Growing site traffic for the Jeld-Wen Europe brand websites
  • Lead generation to our retail and trade network and direct to JELD-WEN
  • Grow and refine email marketing, marketing automation and user journey planning for all the central European brands

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Lead execution of the paid search strategy across all European brands
  • Day to day management of AdWords and Bing ads (including any other tools required)
  • Support local digital marketing managers in keyword selection and audience targeting
  • Monitor budget and adjust bids to gain better ROI
  • Track KPIs to assess performance and pinpoint issues
  • Produce reports for management (e.g. dashboards)
  • Manage ad copy ensuring we are always compliant
  • Suggest and develop new campaigns across multiple channels
  • Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms, vendors and in-country agencies
  • Keep abreast of PPC and SEM trends
  • Managing any Google Display Network, YouTube campaigns & Social Paid advertising

Experience / Knowledge

  • 4+ years working in a PPC role
  • Excellent knowledge of paid media through Google AdWords and/or Bing
  • Preferable, but not essential, experience of Salesforce and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Applied knowledge of Web Content Management Systems
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics/Google Marketing Platform and/or similar tracking systems

 

Education / Qualifications

  • Relevant digital accreditations, university or degree level
  • Any Salesforce accreditations highly desirable

 

Language Skills

  • Must be confident writing and speaking English
  • Fluent in French, German or Danish either as a first or second language

 

The position can be filled all over Germany, in the UK and in France.
