JOB DESCRIPTION:         

 

The primary responsibility is material according to the work order and assist in all production operations. For the next temporary assignment period the employee would be train in different facets of the operations until the employee match according to the skills set what position will be performed.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

 

  • Must know and understand the production schedule and specific information contained on the individual batch cards to ensure proper delivery of raw materials to the stations.

 

  • Must be able to identify cut stock and skin species along with familiarity of the internal components of each door and their location in the warehouse.

 

  • Must know and understand the production schedule and specific information contained on individual batch cards to ensure doors are or lay-up / built according to specification.

 

  • Must know the frame codes and pass the Frame Code Identification test.

 

  • Must know skin types and pass the Door Skin Identification test.

 

  • Must know how to read a tape measure and pass the Measurement Accuracy test.

 

  • Must assist in maintaining the warehouse and material storage areas in a clean organized and efficient manner.

 

  • Assist with setting down of material for cart-stockers, grading stations, preparing material, assembly, repair, stacking, storing and finish inspection.

 

  • Must keep a clean and well-maintained work environment.

 

  • Responsible for filling out paperwork associated with the work orders.

 

  • Must perform the daily inspection checklist of the work area.

 

Skills:

Flexible to learn and perform multiple functions and follow the Safety Principles.

Able to read, write and speak basic English (Preferable)  

Able to work on non-climate control environment.

Able to work stand out with steel to shoes in concrete surface for 8hrs. +

Able to work Overtime on weekends when is needed.

Have great attituded, team oriented and easy to follow instructions.

Have reliable transportation.

Able to lift a maximum of 75lbs.
