JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Product Manager to join our growing team.

Product Manager – interior high performance doors – Sweden

Can you support and execute on a high performance product line strategy ?

In this position, you are responsible for managing the product portfolio of Interior High Performance products in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark, supporting creation and execution of the product line strategy and delivering growth above market.

Your role

You will drive all relevant projects necessary for the future success of the category. Based on strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of the market, and your experience in sales/marketing, you will work cross-functionally and be responsible for all launch activities of new products, as well as managing the portfolio throughout the entire product lifecycle. Additionally, you will be accountable for the business success of the product line in your market.

Areas of responsibility

• Support the Product Line Manager in creation of product line strategy and annual budgets
• Identify opportunities for new products & solutions, develop outline value propositions and champion new projects through Gate 0
• Manage the process of product retirement, including exit plans, stock & SKU management
• Define the price & service offer for all new products
• Identify and implement actions to optimise contribution margin through the lifecycle
• Lead the product launch process, ensuring effective delivery of internal training, external marketing activities and product setup in all necessary systems
• Understand legal & regulatory requirements and their impact on the product offering
• Monitor and report on competitor and market activities to provide actionable insights
• Provide timely and relevant product reporting for senior management
• Support and ensure adherence to relevant business processes, such as Tollgate & IBP
• Perform other duties assigned

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Completed economic or technical studies and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in an international environment
• Experience in product management, product development, marketing, and/or sales
• Market knowledge in Scandinavia is a valuable advantageous
• Experience with cross-functional structures and the management of complex projects
• Good analytical and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication skills
• Very good English language skills + one of the Scandinavian languages in fluent
• Willingness to travel 20 % of the time
