ERP Business Systems Manager

Are you a Senior Business Systems Specialist looking to grow your career and lead a team? We are looking for an ERP Business System Manager! 

Your role:

In this fast-paced role as ERP Business System Manager, you will understand/develop the business-related systems, PRMS(AS400), and are the link between the business, external customers and the IT department. Furthermore, you will challenge and support our Business Partners, and a natural part of your role includes problem solving.

What your impact will be:

• Your main focus will be business system PRMS and, Tyringe EDI application, Document management system and integration to CPQ, Finance systems
• Providing business partners in Northern Europe with the support needed for all incidents and requests
• Support and coordination of support for our ERP system and subsystems in Europe
• Manage and evaluate programs/system changes to ensure productivity and minimal downtime.
• Communicate any problems or obstacles to leadership positions
• Work actively in our support and ticketing system ServiceNow
• Ensure that we meet requirements and legislation in accordance with SOX

What you'll need to succeed:

• Experience in a similar role, preferably with system development and integration
• Understanding of SQL and database structure
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills cross functionally, along with the ability to educate, engage and influence stakeholders of all levels
• Manufacturing experienced in desirable but not essential
• Speak and write Swedish and English fluently
