Window and Door Field Service Coordinator – Commercial Group

Shift – First, Overtime Available, Overnight Travel – 75%

Hiring Now – Immediate need for Window and Door Commercial Field Service Coordinator.

As a member of our Field Services team, you will conduct the following duties: 

  • Knowledge of window and door installation and repair practices.
  • The ability to perform service work on various products and to accurately inspect JELD-WEN window and door products to find root cause of service issue.
  • Identify and report re-occurring issues such as product defects or process issues.
  • Provide complete reports from service or inspection jobs.
  • Maintain tools and service vehicle in proper and safe working order.
  • Operate company service vehicle in a safe and considerate manner.
  • Become familiar with all JELD-WEN products in your coverage region.
  • Follow JELD-WEN policies and procedures while operating safely, professionally, and efficiently.

 

Previous experience in construction or similar environment is preferred.

  • 75% travel with overnights and over-time is a requirement with this position, along with flexible working hours.
  • High School Diploma or HSED.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license as well as a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience with window and door products is ideal.
  • Must have carpentry skills, be able to use tools and measuring devices.
  • The ability to lift 50-75 lbs., climb, lift, pull; and safety perform tasks on a ladder, scaffolding, or other raised devices.
  • Strong customer service skills, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
  • Be dependable, self-motivator, the ability to problem solve and contribute to building a positive team environment.
