As the Integrated Business Planning Process Leader, you are directly responsible for the effective and efficient operation of Jeld Wen’s Integrated Business Planning process and for its continuous improvement. 

You ensure the schedule of meetings for the next 12 months is published and that all process meetings take place as scheduled.

You monitor the quality of the output of the IBP reviews, lead the Integrated Reconciliation Review, facilitate the Management Business Review (MBR).



  • Provide Management Team members with information that supports decision making so that decisions align the company’s product/portfolio, demand, supply, and finance requirements and deliver strategic objectives.
  • Support ongoing process improvement.
  • Help drive organizational adoption and acceptance of the Integrated Business Planning process to improve control and utilization of Jeld Wen resources.
  • Support the Product/Portfolio, Demand, Supply, and Finance Process Step Owners and Leaders with sales, marketing and operations information.
  • As leader of the Integrated Reconciliation Review, form and lead cross-functional teams as required to resolve projected supply/demand imbalances and operational/strategic plan gaps.
  • Ensure that the Jeld Wen Integrated Business Planning process achieves and remains at a Capable level at minimum.
  • Provide analytical support as necessary to improve the quality and timeliness of Integrated Business Planning data reporting (Product/Portfolio, Demand, Supply, Finance, and contingency plans).
  • Ensure all required inputs are being fed into the Reconciliation Review which in turn is being used effectively in the Management Business Review.
  • Partner with the Controlling to ensure clarity of financials to support decision making.
  • Lead the monthly Integrated Reconciliation Review and facilitate the monthly Management Business Review.
  • Monitor, track, report process KPIs.
  • Lead a Class A process assessment annually based on Oliver Wight Capable criteria.

  • To ensure adherence with all compliance standards and operate with integrity at all times.
  • Develop a working knowledge of all products and services.
  • Develop and publish a rolling 12-month schedule of all process reviews.
  • Participate in the monthly Financial Appraisal.
  • Lead the monthly Integrated Reconciliation Review.
  • Prepare and publish the Management Business Review deck 48 hours in advance of the meeting.
  • Brief the CEO/Leader on the content, decisions made, and decisions needed at least 24 hours prior to the Management Business Review.
  • Document and publish the approved Management Business Review deck and decisions made within 48 hours of the Management Business Review.
  • Ensure review critiques continuously improve the Integrated Business Planning process.
  • Review with process leaders any weaknesses in their processes and support them in developing and executing improvement plans.
  • Schedule outside assessment as appropriate.
  • Maintain close coordination with product, demand, supply, and finance management especially during periods of constrained supply. 
  • Participate with the Management Team in continuous reviews of the Jeld Wen strategy and strategic objectives.




  • Experience of Leading an IBP/S&OP process is highly desirable and/or participating in an IBP/S&OP process in a management capacity.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, technical and non-technical information to all organization levels.
  • Ability to analyze and integrate input from multiple functions when developing issue statements, alternatives, and recommendations and to present concise and compelling recommendations.
  • Functional/technical skills in the assigned areas of responsibility.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using personal knowledge and relevant tools.
  • Demonstrated performance in living the values of the company.




  • BS/BA degree
  • Fundamental knowledge of finance and accounting records.



  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken German
  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English
