American Building Supply (ABS), a subsidiary of Jeld Wen, and one of the nation's largest wholesale suppliers of Doors, Door hardware, Windows, and Millwork, is currently seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to work in our National Accounts Division. This person will provide point of sale service at our customer's retail locations throughout the state of Colorado.

General Description of Duties: 

 

  • Outside sales responsibilities for National Accounts customers
  • Provide in-store service
  • Train store employees on ABS products
  • Perform new store sets and resets
  • Provide excellent customer service in answering inquiries and solving challenges
  • Perform job-site inspections and basic repairs



Preferred Experience:
 

  • Door and millwork product knowledge
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Excellent work habits
  • Positive outgoing attitude
  • Strong verbal communication
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented
  • Ability to work with others in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Ability to successfully and positively resolve customer issues
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and drive throughout the territory
  • Must reside within the territory (Washington Market)
