£11.18 to £12.91 per hour

3 shift rota: 06:00 to 14:00 – 14:00 to 22:00 – 22:00 to 06:00

Mon to Fri only
Full time, permanent contract
Overtime available at enhanced rates

YOUR ROLE

As a Cleaner, you will be working closely with the EHS Manager to ensure the workplace environment is kept tidy. Your duties will be as follows:

• Daily duties include, but are not limited to sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors, bin disposal, glass windows and door cleaning;
• Keeping all office areas and communal areas clean and tidy;
• Collecting waste from the recycling area and communal areas and correctly preparing waste bins for collection from an external waste company;
• Following the work schedule for areas to be cleaned and set up;
• Cleaning and refilling fridges in the upstairs kitchen area;
• Ensuring that safety signage is used appropriately at all times, wet floor signs and “warn” colleagues where possible;
• Cleaning all toilets across the site and refilling all dispensers;
• Reporting broken or dangerous items to the line manager for repair or replacement;
• Covering holidays within the cleaning team.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Previous sanitation experience in a production environment will be an advantage;
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines;
• Accuracy, enthusiasm and team work mentality;
• Follow and implement all Health and Safety procedures;
• Ability to work on a rotating shift pattern.
