Treasury Analyst

JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our growing team. 

THE ROLE

The Jeld-Wen Treasury Team is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support the Financial Compliance Manager with the administration of our Global corporate card program, lease schedules, financial reporting deliverables as well as the monthly departmental reporting.  This role interacts with other areas of treasury, corporate and technical accounting, tax, legal, audit, business development and banking partners. This critical position offers exposure and visibility to senior management.
 

This role is highly collaborative in nature, requiring excellent communication skills, project management capabilities, attention to details and certain level of independence.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day maintenance and control documentation of Global Corporate Card program
• Preparation of credit card reconciliation of termed employees and suspended accounts
• Global Guarantee controls and reporting
• Manage US Letters of Credit, controls and reporting
• Assist with monthly and quarterly debt compliance
• Assist with Inter-company loan schedules and interest calculations
• Assist with maintaining debt and rate notices
• Manage day to day merchant card services for JELD-WEN, Inc. – terminals; chargebacks
• Special projects and initiative support as appropriate
• Other treasury duties as directed

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Experience with treasury/financial management systems, such as HFM, OneStream, SAP/Oracle
• Good computer skills with programs such as MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Strong financial, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Limited/infrequent travel may be required
   

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a similar field
• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a treasury or accounting related function at a large MNC
