The Talent Management Global Programs Specialist provides support, key reporting & data analytics, and program coordination for the Talent Management function. This role will assist in developing, coordinating & and executing our global talent practices to support organizational development and culture change, and be responsible for centrally managing specific annual HR core processes. The role will collaborate with partners and stakeholders across the global HR team to align execution for a more seamless talent management experience that delivers value to the business by implementing relevant programs supporting the broader talent strategy. The role is responsible for coordinating & maintaining consistent global standards/frameworks, while interfacing with key stakeholder across the organization to determine ongoing improvements, business needs and local needs/preferences to ensure robust solutions.

 

Specifically, the role will coordinate the annual process, communication, training, reporting and vendor management for the Global Performance Management Process (goal planning, performance reviews) and the Global Employee Engagement Survey (global survey and pulse surveys). Additionally, the role will support the Director, Talent Management in improving the onboarding processes, stakeholder reviews and 360 feedback processes, driving engagement activities, and assisting in other talent development work to increase the overall competence and success of managers and employees.

The role will determine key performance measures and provide reporting & data analytics to gauge program effectiveness, while managing programs and initiatives to budget.

 

 

Primary Responsibilities

Performance Management Process (“PMP”): 

  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the Performance Management tool & provide support for the PMP annual cycle
  • Compile business requirement and develop appropriate reports to provide meaningful data & analytics to cascade to business as appropriate
  • Prepare & coordinate global communications
  • Facilitate webinar training
  • Prepare auxiliary training materials and manage related documents on SharePoint sites
  • Maintain & publish annual Performance Management calendar
  • Provide governance to drive global cohesiveness and promote involvement from business partners in all regions
  • Assist in Integrating newly acquired businesses into annual PMP process
  • Assist with preparation for CEO-2 deep year-end calibration process
  • Partner with compensation team to align PMP cycle and output with annual compensation cycle
  • Partner with HRIS and vendor to regarding ongoing process and tool enhancements for SAP SuccessFactors
  • Provide insights into current trends and best practices 

 

Recognition and Rewards:

  • Facilitate standing recognition and rewards programs, including but not limited to:
  • Compile business requirement and develop appropriate reports to provide meaningful data & analytics and maintain data archives
  • Prepare & coordinate global communications
  • Order and distribute materials, including awards
  • Provide insights into improvement opportunities and best practices 
  • Assist in evaluating additional recognition programs
  • Participate in vendor selection and partner to provide thoughtful and reflective award opportunities
  • Assist with driving global adherence to recognition and reward standards

 

Global Engagement Survey:

  • Provide support for the Global Engagement Survey program and Pulse Surveys, including but not limited to:
  • Compile business requirement and develop appropriate reports to provide meaningful data & analytics for survey data and manager action planning
  • Collaborate on the creation of the Global Employee Engagement Survey calendar
  • Coordinate with TD Director and TD regional leads to determine the strategy for ongoing culture pulse surveys and lifecycle surveys
  • Assist in survey development within the tool
  • Refine and facilitate training
  • Provide technical support for the survey system including access management, user roles administration, etc.
  • Provide insights into Engagement Survey/Org Culture current trends and best practices

 

Additional Talent Management Programs:

  • Provide input regarding new tools and resources to drive engagement activities
  • Provide assistance and support for learning and development initiatives
  • Support the Early Career Rotational Programs, including associates rotating though the Talent Management department
  • Offer creative support for onboarding, engagement, and employee culture initiatives
  • Conduct stakeholder reviews and assist in the 360-feedback process
