THE ROLE

 

The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager is responsible to manage the operational framework for the Global Talent Acquisition function. This role supports processes, tools & resources to improve service delivery & support, create efficiencies and standardization, and ensure data accuracy & reporting. The Talent Acquisition Operations Manager drives consistency within NA and across the Regions globally, and ensures a data driven approach to Talent Acquisition (TA). Critical to success is providing daily support & partnership to the TA & HR Teams, capturing feedback & developing insights to facilitate growth & development for ongoing success.

 

As a valued member of the Talent Acquisition team, the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager works closely with the NA Talent Acquisition Team to support day to day recruiting delivery, as well as coordinates strategic and tactical delivery of several global initiatives.  Serving as the SME for TA Operations, extensive experience in creative sourcing strategies, strong knowledge and utilization of Applicant Tracking Systems, reporting & data analytics and knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting best practices is essential.

 

This position is located in Charlotte, NC and reports to the Global Director of Talent Acquisition.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Optimize recruiting processes including applicant tracking system with continuous improvement mindset and global lens
  • Drive process & policy documentation & communication for recruiting systems and tools recruiters and hiring teams
  • Develop & support TA Team New Hire processes & Team training globally
  • Drive & coordinate collaboration between the Regional TA Leads globally, addressing regional differences & business needs while maintaining global strategy
  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management and problem-solving skills
  • Facilitate ongoing auditing of workflows and reporting methodologies for reliable reporting
  • Identify operational improvement opportunities and coordinate stakeholder participation & progress
  • Produce, validate, analyze and distribute global recruiting metrics & reporting to help inform business decisions
  • Manage job requisition approval & assignment process to balance workloads
  • Provide support to Talent Acquisition Partners to effectively advertise & promote job requisitions across various job advertising & social channels
  • Coordinate & manage performance of staffing related Vendors
  • Partner with the marketing teams to develop and amplify our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) messaging to grow our employer brand awareness

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

 

  • Extensive knowledge & expertise in overall Talent Acquisition operations including processes, policies, procedures, tools & resources
  • Track record of implementing TA best practices such as vendor management, sourcing, and pipelining, & improving Candidate & Hiring Manager experience
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing Applicant Tracking systems & sourcing tools (SAP Success Factors preferred but not required)
  • Adept at refining, implementing & driving standardized processes & policies with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience working with HRIS teams and third-party vendors to resolve systemic issues, manage performance, pursue enhancements, and implement configuration changes
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence others while working in a cross functional environment, including senior leadership
  • Experience providing comprehensive reports, dashboards & metrics including analysis and recommendations
  • Skilled at negotiating and managing comprehensive contracts with vendors/suppliers
  • Ability to work & collaborate in a highly matrixed environment, and engage regional stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to develop and maintain highly organized work environment
  • Proven ability to set priorities, drive progress and work independently with little or no supervision
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including strong Excel skills

 

Education and Experience

 

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 8 years full lifecycle recruiting experience providing direct support to a business or function, preferably to include some experience in a corporate environment
  • 2 years leadership experience either directly managing a recruiting team, in a TA operations role, or in TA

           program/project management
