JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Summer Internship 2025 - Doors/Windows Finance, CLT, NC to join our growing team. 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

The JELD-WEN Summer Internship Program empowers talented undergraduate students to gain real-world working experience and professional development in one of our business areas. This position is focused on the Doors and Windows Finance function. The internship program includes meaningful projects and challenging work assignments geared at developing professional competencies and skills in a chosen discipline. Additionally, throughout the summer internship, participants will have the opportunity for professional development, mentoring, and networking opportunities to help enhance future leadership.    

WHAT YOU’LL DO  

In the past, our interns have had the opportunity to:  

• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Assisting in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Help with profitability and business case analysis for new business opportunities 

• Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams to exchange information and communicate results 

• Budgeting and Forecasting: Helping with OneStream and the budgeting and forecasting processes and cycles by gathering data, updating models, and preparing reports  

• Record Maintenance: Building out SOPs and reporting process maps 

• Ad-Hoc Projects: Participating in special assignments and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION 

Required 

• Currently enrolled rising junior or senior students majoring in Finance, Economics, Math (with a Business or Finance focus), Data Analytics or related major 

• Intermediate technical proficiency in Excel and other Office products 

• Demonstrated work ethic and detail-orientation and organization.  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills 

• Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment and work to a high caliber while demonstrating attention to detail.  

• Positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and work collaboratively in a team environment 

• Recommended  

• Minimum GPA of 3.0  

• Completed data analytics coursework 

• Relevant internship or previous work experience in data analytics  

• Leadership experience and relationship-building skills
