The JELD-WEN procurement team, a global, progressive, and important function within Jeld-Wen is currently seeking strong, results-oriented candidates to be located at its Charlotte NC corporate offices. Reporting to the VP Global Procurement, this position will lead the development of key Sourcing tools, processes and reporting. The person will interact with JELD-WEN’s three regional centers to ensure constancy across the business.


The Sr. Manager, Global Procurement Systems is responsible for overall systems implementations, as well as proper systems maintenance and enhancements needed to support Global Procurement & Supply Chain goals and objectives. This is a technology-driven individual with the ability to solve complex issues with the use of technology and data analytics, while ensuring compliance with required policies and regulations. The Sr. Manager, Global Procurement Systems is a change agent who is passionate, driven, with high-energy and is results-oriented with a creative and analytical mind.




  • Responsible for global implementation of Source to Pay (S2P) systems, ensuring alignment with global policies and processes
  • Facilitate the development of new and/or improved buying processes via system solutions, including requirements definition, working with software vendor and internal IT to communicate requirements and approve design, testing, training, and implementation Provide day-to-day, first-line technical support to global procurement requesters and approvers
  • Research and solve production system issues in a multi-echelon environment; includes deep analysis of replenishment algorithms and how they impact buying calculations; also, includes requirements definition, working with software vendor and internal IT to communicate requirements and approve design, testing, training, and implementation
  • Perform and/or oversee system administration activities related to user access, user profiles, data maintenance, approval tables, etc.
  • Provides subject matter expertise to cross-functional teams on Procurement’s systems and processes
  • Completes and maintains required systems documentation and SOP, including training documents
  • Provide leadership, guidance and support to team members, projects and initiatives
  • Provide analysis requested by management, usually testing what-if scenarios for various business decisions (e.g., what would happen if we were to increase/reduce service level goals, make distribution center changes)
  • Collaborate with Management and Business Analysts to make recommendations on improvements to the buying system 
  • Establish, maintain, and expand regular communication with internal customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring quick response times and satisfactory problem resolution and developing strong customer partnerships




  • Minimum 7 + years’ experience in Procurement or BI role focused on the impleemtnation and development of Source to Pay systems (SAP, Jagger, etc.)
  • Minimum 2+ years leading a team. 
  • Minimum 5+ years BI tool experience required (Tableau, QlikView and similar tools. SAP and Power BI knowledge would be preferred but not essential.)
  • Program management and system development.
  • History of developing new process and delivering across a global organization.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office and contemporary spend management tools.
  • Microsoft Excel knowledge is essential.
