The Sr. Kronos Administrator will be the subject matter expert for JELD-WEN’s Kronos systems and will be responsible for the configuration and development of the Kronos Dimensions and Kronos Workforce applications. This position will be responsible for timely resolving production issues as well as implementing new builds.  The Sr. Kronos Administrator will work with multiple teams including business end users, Payroll, HR, Legal and IT to maintain and support the applications and interfaces.

This position will be located in Charlotte, NC and reports to the Sr. Manager, Financial Shared Services.


Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and functional support to internal business partners for Kronos related issues
  • Gather business requirements from business partners and translate into software solution
  • Working with business partners for problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, problem and incident management
  • Configure new work rules, pay rules or genies needed in Kronos systems.
  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining accrual profiles
  • Consult with vendor on complex rules and other time and attendance projects.
  • Test system enhancements and upgrades
  • In Touch timeclock support
  • Gather requirements and design standardized reports and dashboards
  • Analyze current process and configuration and recommend improvements
  • Maintain integration between Kronos, Payroll and HR systems



Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong Knowledge of WIM (Workforce Integration Manager)
  • Strong problem solving/analytical skills
  • SQL knowledge for report development and updating/creating interfaces
  • Proficient in reporting and data analytics


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business
  • 5+ years of experience in Kronos Administration with knowledge in Kronos Advance Scheduler, Kronos Timekeeping and Kronos Data Analytics
