Sr. HRIS Analyst

The HRIS team at JELD-WEN is responsible the day-to-day management of our Human Capital Management Systems and for implementing additional and related 3rd party solutions.  JELD-WEN is looking for an experienced functional analyst who will be responsible for the system configuration, maintenance, testing, training, and technical user support of various HR Technology solutions, most notably SuccessFactors.  This role is a technology consultative role to process owners.

Jeld-Wen recently embarked on a technology transformation consists of the following:

  • Centralize Global Workforce Data into single repository using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as the enabling technology.
  • Implement a streamlined and centrally governed Regional Payroll Operating Model.
  • Standardize and automate data flow to enterprise systems requiring people or pay data, such as SAP ERP, benefits, timekeeping, finance, identity management.
  • Centralize requisitions and offers into single repository using SuccessFactors Recruiting module.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead HRIS analyst on Learning Management System implementation (tool to be decided)
  • Implement, test, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules and related policies and procedures designed to obtain, record, and process employee information.
  • Analyze business processes, and prepare detailed functional specifications for required development activities, including reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
  • Understanding system integration points and downstream effects
  • Proactively scan for, determine root cause,and resolve any system-related issues that could impact end-user experience, data integrity, or overall end-to-end system functionality.
  • Must serve in a consultative role using background and experience to design work flow processes and system configuration to leverage the value of the technology offerings supported by this global team.
  • Deliver new business systems solutions by executing projects from end-to-end, by participating in activities ranging from requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, process documentation, system configuration, test planning and execution, training documentation and delivery, deployment, to support.
  • Coordinate extensively with business users, functional and cross-functional team members, developers, integration resources, third party vendors, and governance team members.
  • Maintain, develop, and revise all manuals, tables, code lists, and documentation related to SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Participates in the development and delivery of training to a multi-level end-user population on system use and related human capital best practices.
  • Provide support to SOX and internal audit testing and audits

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience with HRIS administration and analysis
  • Ability to initiate and maintain relationships with various areas of the business who rely on workforce data to enhance the overall analysis efforts, high-quality service delivery and successful end-user adoption and employee experience.
  • Proven ability to manage HR projects independently and to leverage contributions of other team members to accomplish projects.
  • Ability to self-manage key deliverables and deadlines across ,multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously 
  • Detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytical and Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Ability to analyze and convey business requirements into functional specifications and technical design documents.
  • Experience with testing and validation of configuration and defect-resolution.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, time-management and project management skills.
  • Experience in one or more core HR / Talent Management practices (Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance Management, Workforce Planning, Career Development, Recruiting, Learning).
  • Expert level Excel skills with strong proficiency in MS Office - Word, Access, PowerPoint.

 

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED

  • History of successful implementations of one or more of the following SAP Success Factors modules: Goal Management, Performance Management, Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation, Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Learning Management System
  • Familiarity with: SAP Cloud Integrations, SuccessFactors integration center and other SuccessFactors middleware
  • HR, Payroll or Project Management certifications
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred or off-set by additional years of work experience
