Sr. FP&A Analyst

JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Sr. FP&A Analyst to join our growing team.

The Opportunity:  The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for all aspects that involve the corporate FP&A team. This includes, but is not limited to budgeting, forecasting, earnings release, board of directors, monthly operating review, long range financial forecast, special projects or any other financial analysis.

 What You Will Do:

• High visibility position with access to senior and executive management
• Drive the annual operating plan and quarterly forecast processes
• Prepare earnings release documents and analysis  
• Prepare board of directors and other executive presentations
• Perform financial analysis and develop tools to help visualize financial results, identify trends and insights
• Serve as a business partner to our global finance teams and corporate functions
• Lead special projects as needed

• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, summarize and communicate key messages simply and succinctly to team members at all levels of the organization

• Quick learner with personal drive and motivation to achieve goals with limited oversight and direction
• Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to influence others

 Who You Are: 

• Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) in finance, accounting, or equivalent discipline required

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in public or private equity owned companies 
• Experience at a manufacturing business strongly preferred
• Strong excel and power point skills required
• Experience with SAP or OneStream preferred
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills required
• Excellent Communication Skills
