Salesforce Business Analyst

JELD-WEN is currently seeking an Salesforce Business Analyst to join our growing team.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Digital Sales Enablement team. The Salesforce Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders and product owners to identify and document business challenges and produce data-driven solutions. The analyst will gather business, functional, and nonfunctional requirements creating user epics and stories. This role is a vital link for our scrum teams and will work in close partnership with the team to refine and prioritize the team’s backlog.

As a key player on our team, you will also leverage your application domain knowledge to identify inefficiencies, solve complex problems, and help envision strategic solutions that align with our business objectives.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will facilitate requirement sessions to elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and functional specifications.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and conflicting business practices, proposing alternative solutions to complex cross-functional problems.
• As a member of a value delivery team, ensure timely delivery of user improvements and enhancements by effectively employing Agile methodologies.
• Scope and prioritize enhancement requests with multiple stakeholders, managing and maintaining the product roadmap.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships, serving as the “voice of the customer” to the team.
• Ensure business and operational readiness for the deployment of enhancements, new product features and capabilities, process changes, support end-user training.
• Maximize the value of a system through best practices and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation opportunities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field required.
• Professional experience in business analysis, application design, implementation, and support of the Salesforce platform preferred.

• Proficient knowledge of Agile and other project management methodologies with experience in a Scaled Agile environment preferred.

• Strong understanding of technical and business concepts, with the ability to evaluate the impact of business changes on systems.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks within tight timeframes and prioritizing duties in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Business Analyst
