SUMMARY:

As Sales Incentive Assistant, you will support the Sales Incentive Program Administrator and be assisting with the analysis & administration of the North America Sales Incentive Compensation Plans. 

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned as business needs require:

  • With strong attention to detail and experience administering tools and systems to support complex sales incentive plans encompassing performance measures and goals. This role will collaborate in a cross functional team environment with various levels of management.
  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and be comfortable interacting with executive management, HR, sales, finance, and business operations leaders and colleagues.
  • Proficient in business analytic systems and be savvy and pulling reports necessary and sales structure maintenance. 
  • You will have the ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks, be able to work productively in a team-oriented environment and be comfortable with supporting a rapidly growing and changing organization. You will be a key resource in understanding JELD-WEN incentive structures.

ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Assist sales incentive administration review process
  • Manage and maintain Sales Structure Maintenance and County assignments
  • Administrate and distribute individual compensation plans and report on attainment towards target
  • Implement sales targets allocations by territory
  • Research and explain calculation or attainment inquiries from the Sales team (resolve disputes on incentive statements)
  • Design and conduct training sessions with leadership, management and/or employees to educate on compensation basics, calculations, programs, strategy and other comp topics

 

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or similar degree.
  • 2+ years’ experience in sales operations, finance, accounting, HR, or compensation
  • Strong Excel skills to manage and analyze large sets of data with advanced formulas
  • Proficient PowerPoint and Word
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Detail oriented with strong quantitative, analytical and organizational skills
  • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in front of leadership
  • Experience with Xactly Incent preferred, but not required
