Position Description:

The Door Data Product Owner is responsible for each of the Retail Product Catalog Revisions. This position will play a key role in understanding each catalog priorities, product additions and deletions, catalog changes and enhancements.  Catalog owner works with the PLMs, Retail Sales manager, Titan Pricing team and the Titan Data team to colloborate on the neccessary changes for each revision.  This role ensures that the catalog deliverables are completed on time and accurately. 

The Catalog Product Owner works directly with the Catalog Team Development Manager and the Catalog Quality Assurance Manager to provide the ticket requests, catalog priorities and ticket priorities.  They assist with this team working together for each catalog deliverables.

 

Responsibilities & Duties:

  1. Provides to the Catalog Development Lead and Catalog QA managers catalog priorities, information, and timelines.
  2. Attends daily scrum meetings monitoring ticket progress
  3. Performs tracking and reporting of development tickets completed and not completed.
  4. Reviews tickets for assurance of detailed information before providing to developers
  5. Reviews processes for any opportunities for improvements
  6. Provides EDI status and Service Now ticket reports
  7. Communicates weekly to the Sales Team, PLMs, Titan pricing/data and service now teams
  8. Interacts on a weekly basis with each Retail Corporate business communicating catalog progress and deliverables
  9. Reviews catalogs for opportunities for enhancements
  10. Works with Paradigm vendor for ticket resolutions

 

Qualifying Experience:

  • Associates degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years retail catalog experience 
  • Basic computer knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Titan experience is a plus
  • Communication and Leadership skills
  • ServiceNow a plus

 

Desired skills/Personal Attributes:

  • Phone communication first, email communication second.
  • Ability to manage multiple catalog revisions at once.
  • Ability to gather necessary information and detail it for catalog development
  • Experience in managing and working with distributed team members.
  • General knowledge and understanding of window and door products and all its attributes
  • Desire for quality and ability to pay attention to detail.
  • Ability to work within multiple team environments.
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels.
  • Ability to adapt well to changing priorities in a fast paced work environment.
