North America R2R Process Lead is a key member of the team responsible for the implementation, deployment, and stabilization of the JELD-WEN ERP system globally. The R2R Process Lead is expected to have history of success implementing SAP S/4 Hana financial processes (AP, AR, GL, AA, Indirect Procurement). As part of a global roll out of financial processes, he/she will provide leadership to a diverse group of individuals in North America and work with counterparts in Europe and Australasia regions to ensure process consistency across the regions. He/she will work collaboratively with Corporate and Regional Business leadership teams to achieve strategic goals and objectives and deliver JELD-WEN ERP R2R solution in North America.


Key Responsibilities:

·        Coordinates the activities of project team to ensure deliverables are met on time.

  • Leading business process design:
    • Standard operation procedures
    • Fit-gap workshops
    • Analyzing and documenting “As Is” and “To Be” process flow and requirements
  • Identification of key scenarios and application extensions, as well as QA planning and testing
  • Writing functional specifications and test scripts for custom programs  
  • Implementation planning
  • Ensure process documentation is completed for all processes identified in the global template  
  • Work with training team on user training documentation and delivery
  • Production support for problems/enhancements  
  • Ensures adequate communication and proper integration across departments, systems and platforms.

·        Provides project planning and timeline management for the project.

·        Overall responsibility for ensuring the end result of development activity meets the business needs while adhering to global template for financial processes.

This position may manage employees or contractors of the North American IT project team and is responsible for the performance management of the project resources.



This job operates in a professional office environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.  May occasionally move or lift to 50 pounds.



This position will be based at JELD-WEN Corporate headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina with 25-50 percent out of-area and overnight travel expectations.


Education and Experience


·       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting Information Systems or other Business related field

·       Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in Global ERP system software implementations, specifically SAP S/4Hana FICO 

·       Proven experience in an Enterprise leadership role, partnering with Business stakeholders, and experience providing functional and technical guidance over the project lifecycle.

·       Strong functional skills in deployment of SAP Record to Report (R2R) modules to global manufacturing companies.

·       3-5 years’ experience working in SAP Record to Report modules, configuration and integration experience

·       Excellent Organizational Change Management skills and evidence of results in deploying ERP successfully for large companies.

·       Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflicts and priorities.

·       Inherent adaptability regardless of the complexity or variability of a situation and ability to quickly bring group to identify an agreed upon path forward.

·       Proven experience working with Organizational Change Management regional team to deliver expected User Change Impact.

·       Specific implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA and ERP system integrations.

·       Prior facilitation of Blueprint workshops on multiple process areas.

·       Ability to manage activities / tasks for geographically dispersed team with tight timelines and competing priorities

·      Exceptional communication skills: Influence, collaboration, conflict, and expectation management to work with global Information Technology and business teams to deliver expected results.



·    Highly desirable experiences include:  3-5 years’ experience delivering global SAP deployments with multiple full Life Cycle SAP Record to Report implementation experiences.

·     Specific implementation experience with integrating multiple ERP systems with SAP financial processes; excellent knowledge on integration to Financial modules.
