 The Marketing Automation & Visibility Manager will have primary responsibility for generating quantifiable market visibility for JELD-WEN’s strategic target audiences including the builder/contractor, architect and dealer network, using this visibility to create personas that will inform effective marketing campaigns, and creating the workflows that will deliver these campaigns through marketing automation.  The specific responsibilities include:

 

  • Creating strategies and processes to achieve breakthrough levels of market visibility 
  • Defining inbound and outbound marketing tactics that will yield market visibility outcomes in collaboration with marketing team partners
  • Establishing procedures and mechanisms to achieve basis Level 1 and 2 visibility in the near term, and Level 3 and 4 visibility in the long term
  • Creating processes that properly manage market visibility in marketing automation platform and other databases that allow visibility to be shared and preserved
  • Build appropriate sustainment plan to ensure visibility data is consistently updated and maintained
  • Motivating marketing team partners to create standard work that ensure market visibility is always top of mind
  • Collaborating on marketing campaigns that achieve market visibility 
  • Defining and creating workflows that align target audience personas with marketing campaign journeys
  • Building and maintaining all facets of marketing automation (lists, campaigns, nurture streams, etc.)
  • Champion data governance guideline, maintaining an organized and intuitive marketing automation platform 
  • Analyzing and reporting on results of above activities

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Create strategies and tactics to achieve visibility goals from Level 1-2 for the builder, architect, and dealer market segments
  • Identify long term strategic plan to achieve Level 3-4 visibility in target markets (builder, architect, dealer)
  • Pardot administration: configure and proactively manage Pardot platform, closely collaborating with Marketing and other stakeholders to ensure alignment
  • Understand and segment target audiences into key personas utilizing Pardot and Salesforce 
  • Create appropriate workflows in Pardot/Salesforce/other platforms based on identified personas to enhance visibility and support demand generation
  • Support Marketing team in defining and building targeted campaigns
  • Develop and validate hypothesis with target segments in the building industry
  • Create and report on comprehensive market visibility and exposure for all target audiences

 

 

 Qualifications:

  • Desired minimum of 3 years of experience in position with similar responsibilities 
  • Experience in successful development, implementation and execution of plans to generate new business in targeted market segments 
  • Experience in inbound digital marketing 
  • Experience in outbound marketing campaigns and initiatives 
  • Experience in working with Architects, Builders/Contractors and Dealers in the building industry
  • Pardot and Salesforce data management experience
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 4 year degree in marketing, business or related field
  • American Marketing Association PCM Marketing Management Certified (Preferred)
