JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Manager, Talent Management to join our growing team.

 

The Opportunity

 

As a Manager of Talent Management at JELD-WEN, you are responsible for leading and managing JELD-WEN’s performance management, talent and succession planning and engagement programs. This is a highly collaborative role working with key stakeholders across the company to provide program management and thought leadership to help the organization meet its long-term talent strategies. This role reports to the Sr. Director, Global Talent Management

 

This is a hybrid role and must maintain designated days per week on-site at our Charlotte, NC global headquarters.

 

What You Will Do

  • Lead strategic consultation and support for business leaders around Talent Management needs.
  • Track metrics and perform talent analytics to provide insights into program opportunities, and inform strategic talent planning
  • Work closely with the overall Talent Management team and HR Business Partners to evaluate and support the needs of the business and create tools and resources to increase leadership, team and individual effectiveness.
  • Provides on-going cyclical complex program management for assigned initiatives, including program management, design, implementation, maintenance, change management, communications, and evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Manages the global employee engagement survey process including communication system management, reporting and analytics
  • Collects and coordinate aggregate data for talent pool and translate those data into insights through data analysis that drives deliberate action plans at the appropriate levels
  • Creates and facilitate presentations and trainings on performance management, talent succession planning, talent metrics, etc.
  • Partners across regional Talent Management teams to ensure alignment and best practice sharing

 

Who You Are

  • At least 5 years experience managing HR programs and leading people
  • Demonstrated success managing projects and programs with a track record of delivering large-scale, global projects or initiatives with discretion of highly confidential/protected information
  • Experience building relationships with HR Business Partners, Senior Leadership, and Business Leaders in an environment that prioritizes diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Organization Development, Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent  required; HR certifications a plus

  • Ability to think conceptually and strategically, with the ability to transfer into applied solutions.
  • Experience building organization culture, talent, and employee experience programs
  • Experience designing, developing, and supporting organization-wide talent management programs that cover performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement
  • Previous experience managing metrics and reporting to inform and influence talent decisions
