Manager, Finance Systems

JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Manager, Finance Systems to join our growing team. 

THE ROLE

The Manager, Finance Systems will oversee and support our OneStream, Concur and MDG systems.  This role is responsible for managing a team of analysts, ensuring the efficient operation and integration of these platforms within the organization. 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analyst, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and support of OneStream, Concur, and MDG systems.
• Actively perform hands-on configuration and maintenance of OneStream, MDG and Concur platforms to meet business requirements.
• Develop, implement, and optimize business rules, calculations, and workflows within the systems to support financial processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system configuration issues and provide enhancements as needed.
• Manage project timelines while personally contributing to deliverables, including system setup, testing scripts, and issue resolution.
• Ensure seamless integration between OneStream, Concur, and MDG, working closely with IT and other departments to address any issues.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and provide regular reports and analytics to senior management, offering insights and recommendations for decision-making.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual controls

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• OneStream certification or relevant training
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial consolidation, planning and reporting processes
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Superior analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to apply critical thinking.
• Perform tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year college or university
• Minimum 5 years of financial accountant experience and/or financial planning & analysis
• Minimum 3years managing a financial system team
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Financial Accounting Software (i.e., OneStream, SAP)
