THE ROLE

 

The Lead Analyst, SAP S/4HANA Pricing, is a key member of the Quote to Cash (Q2C) JELD-WEN Enterprise Transformation (JET) team responsible for planning, designing, deploying, and supporting global JELD-WEN Pricing and Variant Configuration modelling solutions. He/she will work collaboratively with Corporate and Regional Business leadership teams to achieve strategic goals and deliver JELD-WEN Pricing solutions globally.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Plan, design, configure and maintain Pricing solutions across JELD-WEN
  • Partner with Pricing business leaders on development of effective Pricing strategy
  • Develop variant configuration related pricing and functions within the Global Enterprise Resource Planning systems design plan for our global product offering.
  • Integrate the JELD-WEN SAP solution with customers’ catalog systems and ecommerce platforms
  • Develop training design and process documentation and functional specifications for assigned business processes
  • Define the usage of fields, maps legacy system data to the system, define data conversion strategies (automated and manual), and coordinate data clean-up and conversion activities
  • Assist in preparing the organization for transition and provide post-implementation support
  • Coordinate with the company’s regional ERP teams and provide guidance on adherence to Global standards as well as manage change control.
  • Guide the optimization of Pricing solutions
  • Build partnerships with IT and business leaders across JELD-WEN

Education and Experience

 

Required

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in Global full life cycle SAP Enterprise Resource Planning implementations and a high-level functional knowledge of integration of Pricing and VC into SAP areas of SD, MM, PP and CO.
  • Expert Knowledge and hands-on configuration skills within Pricing and Variant Configuration processes:
    • Strong knowledge of SAP pricing - with and without Variant conditions
    • Classes and Characteristics including the use of reference characteristics
    • Class hierarchies and inheritance
    • Configurable Bills of material and routings
    • Object dependencies
    • Variant functions
    • Configuration profiles
    • Familiarity with modeling in classic VC, advanced VC, and variety of CPQ toolsets (SAP, Salesforce and others)
  • Prior experience with development and facilitation of Blueprint workshops on multiple process areas and demonstrated strong integration experience within SAP.
  • Proven experience developing training content and providing knowledge transfer to business “Super Users”
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflicts, and handle shifting priorities in a flexible manner.
  • Exceptional communication skills: Influence, collaboration, and expectation management to work with Global Information Technology and business teams to deliver expected results.

 

Desired

 

  • Multiple prior SAP S/4HANA deployment life cycles
  • ABAP skills highly desirable (ability to write functional and technical specifications)
  • CPQ implementation experiences (including SAP ERP integrations) a plus
  • Multi foreign language skills are a plus
