The JELD-WEN Enterprise Transformation (JET) Program is a multi-year strategic business program that will transform our business processes and systems by simplifying and standardizing processes, as well as modernizing the enabling technology which includes the deployment of SAP S/4 HANA applications.  Areas of scope include Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Manufacture, and Record to Report.



The JET Program Administrator will define, implement, and execute processes to plan and manage the financial aspects of the JET program. This includes managing the budget cycle, staffing plans, operational metrics, strategic goals & objectives, on-boarding and off-boarding of resources, working with partners to refine statements of work, tracking time, and financial tracking of both capital and expense. This role will also drive cross-team coordination within the program and anticipate and prepare for planning and reporting milestones. They have responsibility for the delivery of clear and accurate program financials, time tracking, resource utilization, and effective engagement with vendors. He or she oversees execution of the administrative aspects of the JET program and continuous improvement of those process.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage annual budget planning for the global JELD-WEN Enterprise Transformation (JET) Program in partnership with program leaders, IT Business Ops, and the corporate financial team.
  • Manage tracking of program financials including capital and expense.
  • Manage statements of work, on boarding and off boarding of resources and invoice tracking in partnership with IT leaders, sourcing, IT Partners, and the finance team to ensure proper planning and tracking of spend.
  • Coordinate staffing plans across program functions for both financial planning and capacity management.
  • Partner cross functionality within IT to continuously improve program administrative processes.
  • Governance and accountability of all related process, including focus on continuous improvement of those processes


Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field and 5 plus years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven capability supporting IT processes and procedures. (Ex: Project and Service Delivery, Software License Management, Contract Negotiation, etc.)
  • Minimum three years in budget planning, resourcing, contract management, and financial tracking experience.
  • Excels at process re-engineering and implementing standard processes
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and project delivery skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft tools including PowerPoint, Visio and Excel
  • Committed to project success, and ability to work effectively with all levels of management.
  • Quick learner, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills.
