JELD-WEN is currently seeking a IT Director Marketing to join our growing team.

 

THE ROLE  
The IT Director of Marketing is responsible for overseeing the integration of technology into marketing strategies and operations. This role involves leading the marketing technology team, managing digital marketing tools, and ensuring that marketing initiatives align with the organization's overall IT strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both marketing and IT, with a proven ability to leverage technology to enhance marketing effectiveness.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement the IT strategy for marketing, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate marketing initiatives with overall business strategy.
  2. Technology Management:
    • Oversee the selection, implementation, and maintenance of marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, email marketing, analytics tools).
    • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance marketing capabilities.
  3. Data Analytics:
    • Lead efforts to analyze marketing data and metrics to inform decision-making.
    • Ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
  4. Team Leadership:
    • Manage and mentor the marketing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute marketing projects effectively.
  5. Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the budget for marketing technology initiatives.
    • Monitor spending and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  6. Vendor Management:
    • Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
    • Negotiate contracts and manage service-level agreements.
  7. Training and Support:
    • Provide training and support for marketing teams on technology tools and platforms.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing technology.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a technology-focused role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing)
  • Proven experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Expected pay for this role is between $152,300.00 to $253,800.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.​
