The HRIS team at JELD-WEN is responsible for the day-to-day management of our Human Capital Management Systems and for implementing additional and related 3rd party solutions.  JELD-WEN is looking for an HRIS Analyst who will be responsible for technical user support of various HR Technology solutions, most notably SuccessFactors. 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a primary contact for customers across departments that utilize SuccessFactors; respond to technical questions and ensure necessary follow-up.  Modules include Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, Employee Profile, Goal Management, and Performance Management.
  • Escalation contact for troubleshooting from end users; point of contact for HR Data Management team escalation
  • Proactively scan for and resolve any system-related issues that could impact end-user experience or overall end-to-end system functionality.
  • Maintain security (including new user setup and security audits)
  • Participate in the development and delivery of training with process owners to a multi-level end-user on system use and related human capital best practices.
  • Design and generate ad-hoc and recurring reports for internal and external clients
  • Coordinate with AMS team to oversee continuous improvement efforts and system upgrades
  • Organize and facilitate testing as needed for new module implementation by creating user test scripts from a functional and end-user perspective.
  • Support implementations of additional HR Technology initiatives (employee engagement survey, learning, payroll, etc.)
  • Assist in the review/testing/implementation of SuccessFactors upgrades.
  • Maintain, develop, and revise documentation related to HR Technology
  • Collaborate with HRIS team on special projects and performing additional duties as needed.
  • Point of contact for HR Data Management team escalation
  • Perform data loads as needed

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with HRIS administration and analysis
  • Ability to self-manage key deliverables and deadlines.  Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Experience with testing and validation of configuration and defect-resolution.
  • Strong customer service focus with a keen sense of urgency and commitment to executional excellence, accountability and teamwork
  • Exceptional analytical skills and capacity for critical thinking, ability to work with minimal supervision, strong attention to detail and ability to effectively multi task.
  • Experience in one or more core HR / Talent Management practices (Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance Management, Workforce Planning,etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in Excel

 

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  •  
  • SuccessFactors administration experience
