The HRDM team at JELD-WEN is responsible for the day-to-day management of our Human Capital Management Systems and for implementing additional and related 3rd party solutions. JELD-WEN is looking for an HR Data Management Specialist who will be responsible for processing transactions in SAP SuccessFactors for employee data changes initiated through Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) primarily for the North American region. However, working with and supporting team members in other global regions will occur – Europe, Australia, and Asia.



Verify and/or validate employee information related to compensation, terminations, status, and position changes, pending new hires and rehired employees, employee transfers, employee personal information and process applicable changes in an accurate and timely manner.

Manage pending hire data from onboarding system and/or work with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition professionals to obtain the required candidate information to create employee and contingent worker records.

Manage cases, monitor cases, and close cases within Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and escalate complex cases as needed.

Audit global data entry on a regular basis to review data for accuracy and compliance.

Provide “white glove” customer service to all stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Global HR Data Management, Corporate HR, functional owners, managers, and employees.



Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Experience using SAP and specifically Success Factors

Strong customer service and organizational skills



Knowledge of HR laws and regualtions

Data processing and data integrity
