THE ROLE

 

Global Q2C Sr. Manager is a key member of the team responsible for the implementation, deployment, post implementation and support of the JELD-WEN ERP and other Customer Order integration software solutions. Global Q2C Sr. Manager is expected to have history of success optimizing Quote to Cash, Pricing, Ordering, Customer Service, and external integration capabilities. He/she will provide leadership to a diverse global group of individuals in NA, Europe, and AUA, with focus on developing team members and creating strong culture. He/she will work collaboratively with Corporate and Regional Business leadership teams to achieve strategic goals and objectives, and deliver JELD-WEN ERP Quote to Cash solutions globally.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Demonstrate strong track record with implementing and optimizing Quote to Cash systems in large, global enterprises
  • Develop a global ERP Quote to Cash systems design plan and configure solutions to enable corporate strategic objectives and drive business value
  • Develop, lead, and deliver on promise the ERP Q2C systems globally, including integrations to external customers (ordering, advanced shipping notices, invoices etc)
  • Design and deploy a global ERP organization that includes internal Information Technology, Business, and external partner resources
  • Design and deploy Organization Change Management (OCM) structure, process, and Tools working closely with Human Resources
  • Manage the budget, spend, schedule, and quality delivery (manage Scope) to deliver on promise using strong Project Management and Team Leadership skills

This position manages all employees of the department and is responsible for the performance management, hiring, training and development of the employees within the department.

 

Education and Experience

 

Required

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience with Quote to Cash implementations
  • History of success optimizing Quoting, Pricing, Ordering, Customer Interaction operations
  • Proven experience in an Enterprise leadership role, partnering with Business stakeholders
  • Strong Leadership and skills in deployment of Quote to Cash (Q2C) modules to global manufacturing companies (3-5 years’ experience delivering global SAP deployments)
  • Excellent Organizational Change Management skills and evidence of results in deploying ERP successfully for large companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and resolve conflicts and priorities.
  • Inherent adaptability regardless of the complexity or variability of a situation, employs maxims for guidance with meanings that adapt continuously.
  • Proven experience developing training content and working with Organizational Change Management regional team leads to deliver expected User Change Impact.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in SAP Q2C modules and integration experience with external customer. Specific implementation experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) or similar tools. Strong knowledge on integration points to Finance and Supply Chain modules; Solution Manager experience is a plus.
  • Prior development and facilitation of Blueprint workshops on multiple process areas
  • Ability to assemble a global Q2C team and to manage activities / tasks for geographically dispersed team with tight timelines and competing priorities
  • Exceptional communication skills: Influence, collaboration, conflict, and expectation management to work with global Information Technology and business teams to deliver expected results.

 

Desired

 

  • Certified in SAP Q2C / SD modules
  • Prior experience with SAP Engineer to Order / Make to Order using Variant configurator is a strong plus
  • Multi-language skills are a plus
