JELD-WEN is currently seeking a Global Cyber Security Engineer to join our growing team.

 

THE ROLE  

The JELD-WEN Security Engineering team is looking for a solid cloud and operational technology engineer to join the team. The role will be focused on cloud and OT/IOT security.  The right person for this role will develop the strategic design, implement, train and hand off operations to the security operations members. Development of policies, standards and architectural designs is necessary for this role.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, lead, and conduct regular technical cyber security countermeasures analysis to support information security requirements and reporting.
  • Lead the Deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Cloud and OT/IOT security solutions.
  • Manage regular reviews and updates to ensure the ongoing efficiency and security of deployed solutions.
  • Subject matter expertise in multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)
  • Experience in working ITIL environment and driving delivery to Service Levels Agreements.
  • Have implemented OT and Cloud security tools (Prisma Cloud, Defender for Cloud, Armis, etc.)
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and improvements in managed services delivery.
  • Collaborate with the team to design, enforce & implement enhancements, and updates to stay ahead of evolving security threats and technology advancements based on IT security framework aligned with group & Operating Entities’ regulator standard & guideline.
  • Leading, participating and completing various IT Security project implementations and issues when needed.
  • Keep up to date about industry best practices and emerging trends in cloud and OT security, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of security standards.
  • Any other duties when deemed necessary. Completing projects on various issues when needed.

  • Proven history with Cloud and OT security solutions.
  • Leadership experience and relationship-building skills

 

Education and Experience

  • Experience with MSFT and other platform authentication methodologies.
  • Excellent written, problem solving and verbal communication skills.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology Security and(or) management.
  • 3-5 years of engineering experience leading efforts with Cloud and OT security.

Expected pay for this role is between $105,800.00 to $176,400.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.​
