The Role
The Business Analyst will perform reporting and analysis for JELD-WEN’s Finance Shared Service systems and processes such as ADP, Kronos, and Basware systems related to Payroll, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable teams.
This position will be responsible for assisting in new implementation builds, assisting the project management function, and change management aspects of Finance Shared Services related projects. The Business Analyst will work with multiple teams including business end users, Payroll, HR, Legal and IT to maintain and support the applications and interfaces.
This Charlotte, NC-based role operates on a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week in the office and reports directly to the Manager, Financial Shared Services.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide technical and functional support to internal business partners for all system issues
- Work with other IT business partner teams and external partner teams to define, document, analyze and prioritize existing and emerging business requirements
- Working with business partners for problem determination, workaround resolution, root cause analysis, problem and incident management
- Develop and (on a regular basis) report key performance indicators and other exception reporting for compliance and to identify process improvement opportunities
- Consult with business partners on other reporting needs
- Assist in project implementation or enhancement testing and upgrades
- Analyze current process in Financial Shared Services and recommend improvements
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Experience with Basware or similar P2P/AP automation systems
