Compensation Analyst

JELD-WEN is currently seeking an Compensation Analyst to join our growing team. 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Compensation Analyst to join our Global Compensation team. This role will play a key part in analyzing, designing, and administering employee compensation programs to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking to evaluate the competitiveness of compensation programs.
• Analyze internal compensation data to ensure pay equity and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Support the administration of annual compensation cycles, including merit increases and incentive plans.
• Assist in the development and implementation of salary structures, incentive plans, and compensation policies.
• Support the administration and maintenance of our job architecture.
• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze results to inform compensation strategy.
• Collaborate with HR to provide compensation guidance.
• Assist in training and communication materials for HR and business leaders to drive employee awareness and education of all compensation programs.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on compensation trends.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local wage and hour laws (e.g., FLSA, Equal Pay Act).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with compensation survey tools and job evaluation methodologies.
• Knowledge of compensation laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
• CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or progress toward certification is a plus.
