Quality Control Inspector

Summary:

Performs inspections and audits to ensure products and processes meet quality standards and specifications in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product and process inspections using tools like calipers and tape measures.
• Complete Product Inspection Reports (PIRs).
• Support incoming and in-process inspections.
• Assist in identifying non-conformances and tracking First Pass Yield (FPY).
• Participate in Layered Process Audits (LPA).

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of measurement tools and inspection techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow SOPs.
• Familiarity with control plans and basic quality documentation.
