Responsible for overall administrative functions for the group including accounting, legal case support, customer service, and agency claim investigation and response.


Principle Duties and Responsibilities


  • Supports administrative areas of Product Integrity group.
  • Provides legal and litigation support, including resolution satisfaction.
  • Investigates and responds to escalated warranty and agency claims.
  • Responsible for internal controls customer service/care, sales and finance.
  • Prepare monthly reports of results, monthly forecast and strategic planning for group.
  • Audits and requests payment of all related invoices.
  • Works closely with the Customer Care, Plant Operations, and Legal departments.
  • Full-time positions as defined by JELD-WEN’s Management Agreement.
  • Travel up to approximately 20% on short notice.






Knowledge, Skills, Abilities


  • Ability to analyze financial information and execute requests.
  • Ability to analyze complex product and building issues and exercise Root Cause Analysis to find resolution.
  • Ability to respond professionally to customers and drive a positive customer experience.
  • Exercise skills to drive product issue resolution cases to positive conclusive outcome.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Internet software; Order processing systems; Knowledge of our Titan systems.


Education and Experience


  • Bachelor's degree (B.A., B.S.) from four-year college or university; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Window and Door product knowledge and experience essential.
  • Installation and field service experience preferred.
  • Fundamental legal knowledge a plus.
