About the Role

Are you an experienced supply chain leader with a passion for improving performance, developing people and delivering exceptional customer service?

As Supply Chain & Logistics Manager for Scandinavia, you’ll lead regional customer service, logistics, inventory and supply chain operations. Partnering with Sales, Operations, Finance and Supply Chain, you’ll translate plans into results and build a collaborative, customer-focused team.

What Impact Will You Make:

• Champion an outstanding customer experience across Scandinavia by building strong customer relationships, resolving issues quickly, and consistently delivering against OTIF and lead-time targets.
• Lead and optimise logistics, transportation and distribution across Scandinavia to deliver the right balance of service, quality and cost.
• Maximise product availability while maintaining the right balance of inventory, efficiency and working capital.
• Turn data and insights into clear actions that unlock opportunities and improve performance.
• Build trusted partnerships across the business and with external suppliers to deliver shared goals.
• Inspire, coach and empower a high-performing team to grow, collaborate and succeed.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Proven leadership experience across supply chain, logistics, operations or customer service.
• Experience delivering results within manufacturing, distribution or another fast-paced, complex operational environment.
• A strong commercial mindset, combined with a genuine passion for creating an excellent customer experience.
• A successful track record of improving performance, solving problems and leading positive change.
• Confident communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to build trust and collaborate at every level.
• Fluency in English and at least one Scandinavian language, enabling you to connect effectively across the region.
  
  

  
  Recruitment process

  The recruitment process will typically include an initial conversation with Talent Acquisition, followed by interviews with the Hiring Manager and relevant stakeholders.

   

  Starting Salary Range: (562,425.00 to 749,900.00), reflecting the typical range for this role based on experience and skills. In line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive (EU) 2023/970, this range is set using objective, gender‑neutral criteria. Final salary depends on experience. We do not use pay history and are committed to equal pay, with transparent and objective pay decisions.
