This is a unique opportunity to influence how we evolve as an organization. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, energize a network of change agents, and help translate strategy into action in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.


About the role

In this regional role, you’ll support and deliver change initiatives that build organizational capability and foster cultural alignment. You’ll act as a proactive owner of change, designing and facilitating workshops, coaching managers, and creating communication that inspires and engages.  You’ll be based in Åstorp, Skåne, with a hybrid work model and regional scope.

Your work will focus on:

  • Driving strategic change programs that support our Fit For Growth priorities.
  • Building and mentoring a network of change agents to sustain transformation.
  • Translating complex strategies into clear, compelling messages and materials.
  • Supporting leaders and teams through coaching, training, and hands-on enablement.
  • Measuring impact and continuously improving based on feedback and data.
  • Collaborating across functions to ensure change efforts align with business goals.

 

 

Who are you?

 

You’re a natural change leader, curious, collaborative, and confident in navigating complexity. You bring a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach, with the ability to coach, communicate, and connect across cultures.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Solid experience in Change Management and capability-building.
  • Strong communication skills in any of the Scandinavian languages and English.
  • A proactive and engaging style, with a passion for people and growth.
  • Coaching experience or certification is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to guide decisions.
  • Experience in workshop facilitation and training design.
  • The ability to thrive in a multicultural, matrixed organization.
