YOUR ROLE

At JELD-WEN Europe, we are on an exciting journey with our customer-centric transformation, where we strive to drive customer obsession across all functions of the organisation. We are searching for a Process Transformation Manager to join our team and help drive change through key strategic cross-functional projects to transform and continually improve the customer experience. You will join our sales operations team consisting of two highly dedicated and competent colleagues.

As Process Transformation Manager, you will enable the continuous improvement of our sales operations process and help establish a culture of customer obsession throughout the business. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Operations Europe, the scope of the role is to identify process gaps and drive improvements in our sales organisation in Europe. You will be working cross-functionally with several key stakeholders from all levels within our operations, sales, IT and product management. You will act as a process improvement expert and drive collaboration between our stakeholders across the JELD-WEN Europe organisation.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in our sales organisation across Europe
  • Build an understanding of business processes, identify areas of improvement opportunity and potential risks
  • Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls, business processes, and procedures within the sales organisation
  • Provide recommendations on areas for improvement within the sales operations process and with internal controls to prevent future control risks and drive their successful implementation
  • Design and implement improvements in communication, monitoring, and enforcement of compliance standards
  • Provide cross-functional support for sales operations activities
  • Lead and manage continuous improvement projects and facilitate improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of sales operations processes
     

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
 

  • Several years of experience working with continuous improvement in sales operations
  • A sound sales background and hands-on experience with process improvement in sales operations
  • A university degree in Business Management or an equivalent vocational qualification
  • Well-accustomed to working in a cross-functional role
  • Project management and process improvement experience – preferably including a formal qualification (e.g. Prince 2, Lean Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Result-driven and a team player
  • An analytical and problem-solving approach to assigned tasks
  • Sound knowledge of the LEAN principles and methodologies
  • Comfortable with travel activity to different European locations
  • Excellent communications skills to communicate and interact with stakeholders cross-functionally
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a prerequisite for this role; fluency in Swedish and/or Danish would be an advantage
