Head of FP&A
About the Role
As Head of FP&A for Sweden and Norway, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making. Acting as a Finance Business Partner to country leadership, you will provide hands-on support in financial oversight, reporting, and analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role covers full responsibility for Country P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, while leading and developing the local FP&A team.
You will be instrumental in transforming FP&A from a reporting function into a value-adding business partner, influencing strategy and operational decisions across the Nordic region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver accurate and insightful monthly performance reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for business leaders.
- Drive process improvements and challenge the status quo.
- Lead the transformation of FP&A into a strategic partner function.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP and local GAAP standards.
- Collaborate closely with accounting to ensure robust financial practices.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven FP&A leadership experience (5+ years in mid/senior management).
- Strong business acumen and ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience in multi-country or manufacturing environments.
- Skilled in data analysis and comfortable with large datasets.
- Familiarity with financial systems (OneStream, HFM, Hyperion) and ERP platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Fluent in Swedish and English (Norwegian is a plus).
