Then, this is an excellent opportunity for you to join us as our IT Business Analyst at one of our locations in Åstorp, Huskvarna or Forserum in Sweden.  We are embarking on a significant business transformation with best of breed technology at the forefront, thus providing exciting opportunities for you to join our PRMS-ERP application team in Sweden.

 

Your role


As an IT Business Analyst, you will be supporting improvements of business process systems for our internal and external customers. You will join a team of four highly dedicated and competent colleagues based at our site in Forserum, Sweden. This role will be a combination of remote and on-site working at one of our locations in Sweden. You will report directly to Business Systems Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and diverse Northern European business partners to deliver on-demand promises and strategic objectives. In addition, the IT Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the business community by working with EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) directly with our customers. Thus, you will act as a liaison between the business community, IT and customers. 


Your responsibilities

 

  • Working as part of a Northern European team and being a primary business partner and support to Sweden and Norway business teams
  • Build an excellent relationship with our business partners across the region, ensuring that our business colleagues have a well-functioning application portfolio
  • Support of and/or coordination of support for all business systems and sub-systems across Northern Europe
  • Coordination of changes/developments with partners of systems
  • Account administration of business systems in Northern Europe
  • Take responsibility to Ensure all Business application related incidents and requests adhere to agreed JELD-WEN processes and service level agreements
  • Provide business partners in North Europe support needed for all incidents and requests
  • Ensure all processes and business applications comply with JELD-WEN IT general controls and pass the SOX 404 testing cycle
     

Your skills and experiences
 

  • Experience in an IT business facing role, with a focus on business system processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business or computer sciences
  • Experience in system development in business systems
  • ITIL experience or qualification would be advantageous
  • Experience working in systems such as ERP System PRMS (AS400), OpenText (Streamserve) document management system, EDI (Tyringe) or similar
  • Solid understanding of business system processes
  • Customer-facing, action-oriented and committed to consistently delivering on promises
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
